    Equifuse Boost

Posted by Tanja Hodges on Mar 9th 2026

Purchased this product for the first time at the Southern Equine Expo in Nashville a few weekends ago. I have been using the Paste Shampoo, Gleam, Show Sheen, Shampoo and Conditioner as well as the coat conditioner for many years on my Friesian Dressage Horse. We show extensively so I have to be able to rely on products that cut time short and produce long lasting results. I am super pleased with the boost and how quickly it adds a glossy finish while keeping my Friesian's mane, who goes past her knees, in top shape. 5 stars, this won't be my last bottle and I may even sneak some on my hair on show days....:)

    Boost vs Friesian Tail

Posted by Cirrus Sky Farm on Feb 21st 2026

My hairy black guys love to lay in their hay, get muddy, and just have a grand ole horse time. Two of mine are definitely in the "excessive hair" category and readily get their tails tangled and matted with their art. I usually use Gleam for all their tails, but thought I'd give Boost a try after our ice storm recently. It worked well - will it replace Gleam for me... probably not. I definitely noticed it soaking into the hairs faster and made for much easier finger combing so it will be part of my rotation, especially in winter. My only complaint(?) is that this smell is more "candle store" and less "unicorn sparkle" smelling than Gleam. We prefer the unicorn sparkle smell but it is a minor complaint.

Super simple to shine up a muddy tail and mane, and even helps with a bit of discoloration on my Roany pony- and the scent is heavenly!
