EquiFUSE® ships all orders from our Los Angeles, California warehouse. From the time you please your order, please allow a 1 to 2 day business lead time for order processing before shipment.

This will ensure you select the appropriate expedited shipping services to match your date.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. EquiFUSE® does not pay the return shipping costs for any return or exchange. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) EquiFUSE® takes full responsibility for all additional shipping expenses incurred. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
